Are you a medical doctor?

No, I’m a certified health coach and healing practitioner with certifications in multiple modalities. I refer to and work with my clients' medical doctors and other health care practitioners in a whole client-centered approach. I support lifestyle changes, help set achievable goals, and empower by highlighting clients' strengths and educating clients on science-based health and wellness topics to address chronic health issues and wellness goals.

Do you accept health insurance?

Not at this time. Payments are accepted through PayPal and Venmo.

Do I have to be religious to use your services?

While I lean into spiritual knowledge and practices, you are not required to be religious or spiritual to use my services.

No. I can support in transitions or offer guidance with the diagnosis you have or refer you in order to obtain one. For seekers who have recently received a diagnosis, we begin right where you are. I sit passenger side and help get to your chosen destination. You drive. I have a map and a compass.

Can you diagnose me?
